Cares Ministry
he Cares Ministry at Rising Star Baptist Church serves as the umbrella ministry
for pastoral support, spiritual care, and compassionate outreach across our church family.
Rooted in Christ-centered love, this ministry exists to
ensure that every need matters and no one walks alone.
The Cares Ministry reflects the heart of God by providing spiritual guidance, prayer, emotional support,
and practical care during seasons of joy, transition, challenge, and crisis. While each
ministry under Cares has a unique focus, they all share one mission:
to care for God’s people with dignity, wisdom, and compassion.
Some ministries welcome volunteers immediately, while others require
discernment, training, or leadership approval due to the sensitive nature of the work.
