Purpose:  Promote evangelism by bringing all outreach ministries under one umbrella.  Identify areas of spiritual needs in the community and encourage/promote ministry outreach.  Reach out to the unsaved and spread the gospel Provide support (as needed) for Rising Star established ministries.  Outreach ministries include:

-          Gospel Video Program

-          Food Bank

-          Transportation

-          Social Service

-          Gospel Rescue Mission

-          Prison Ministry

-          Ronald McDonald House

-     Nursing Home
